The Hotel (actual name of establishment is "Copacabana Palace") is a luxurious hotel complex located somewhere in the city of Rio de Janiero and served as the temporary base of operations for the Rosen Family during their stay in Rio. The room Michael and co. stayed in featured a very elegant dining room area where Older Rosen slept at night (presumably to be closer to his midnight snack, chocolate cake) and what appears to be a far less-furnished double bedroom shared by Brian and Michael. The room also had a fire escape, allowing Michael to make sneaky getaways at night.
