The Hamburger Cook is the primary villain/mastermind behind nearly all the events of The Rosen Family Chronicles. He is apparently after some artifacts called Mars Fryingpans and worked with the Shadow Guys and Lollipop Lady to make sure he could get his hands on them. He apparently was able to hack into the IsErael 8 base and send a transmission daring Michael to come back to Rio (in Comic Sans and bad-grammar edgy comment style typing), and he has the ability to set up remote-controlled hamburger smoke bombs, which he's used to ambush the Rosens and Sir Chameleon.
